I wanted a quiet escape with my family and found just that at this hotel. The room was spacious with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, perfect for unwinding with my young kids. The service, especially from Anissia, was a lifeline throughout my stay. The location, although a bit remote, was ideal for relaxation and enjoying the sun near the beach. The dining experience had some nice food but was a little pricey, and the facilities were decent overall.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, offering great views of the pool and beach. The service, although a bit slow, was attentive and thoughtful. The location, while peaceful, is a bit far from amenities, requiring a car to get around. The dining experience was mixed, with some options being very good and others under renovation. Overall, the facilities were outstanding, with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities.
Waking up to the spectacular view of crystal blue waters and warm sunshine made our stay memorable, although we missed having a pool on the terrace. The location offered a peaceful escape but lacked some amenities compared to other areas in Punta Cana.
My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was smaller than expected, lacking a pool on the terrace which would have been preferred, but it had an amazing wrap-around balcony with incredible sunrises and sunsets just like in the pictures. The room felt comfortable, like a motel room with two queen-sized beds, offering a great view overlooking the pool and beach.

However, some areas were in bad condition, which was a letdown. The service was friendly overall, although some staff seemed indifferent to our needs. The location was a bit remote but perfect for a relaxing getaway under the sun. The dining experience was good, although prices were a bit high. The facilities were adequate, but some areas were under construction or not well-maintained.
